Your health and safety is my main priority, as is mine. Due to new government regulations a COVID-19 safety plan is required for a salon to be open. Here is mine:

  • You will be required to wear a mask during your treatment. One will be provided at first appointment. You will be required to keep and bring back to future appointments. Even better if you have your own. I will also be wearing a mask during your treatment.

  • You will be required to wash and sanitise your hands upon arrival. 

  • You will be required to fill out a pre-entry form prior to your appointment per government regulations. 

  • Please do not bring anyone else, including children, to your appointment. 

  • If you experience any or have been around someone experiencing symptoms, please cancel your appointment ASAP.

  • If you arrive to your appointment unwell you will be asked to leave.

  • Arrive on time to your appointment. If early, please wait outside. 

  • If you tend to get chilly during your appointment, please bring your own blanket. Unfortunately I am unable to provide you with one.

  • If you usually get thirsting please bring your own filled drink bottle.

  • All surfaces touched my myself and clients will be thoroughly wiped down between clients with hospital grade disinfectant.

  • All payments will now be made by eftpos, Afterpay or Zip Pay only. No cash.

Booking Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me and I understand that sometimes cancelling or rescheduling an appointment is necessary, but if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24hrs notice. When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

You will receive a confirmation text 48hrs prior to your appointment time. Please reply to your confirmation message, if your appointment is unconfirmed 24hrs prior to your appointment it will sadly be cancelled.

Appointments cancelled within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.

No shows, appointments cancelled upon arrival, and appointments cancelled within less than an hour of the scheduled appointment time you will be charged for the full amount of services booked.


Arriving Early for Appointments

Getting excited for your appointment is great but please keep in mind if you do arrive early, I may not be able to let you in if I am with another client. If you do arrive early and see another car in the driveway please be patient and keep warm/cool in your car until your appointment time, this will prevent disturbing a client’s treatment. If you are a first appointment, please be aware of salon opening hours.

Arriving Late for Appointments

I know things come up at the last minute and I am aware of that but it is very important that we begin each beauty appointment on time. If for any reason you are running late, please give me the courtesy of calling to let me know. I will do everything I can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment or may not have time to complete the whole service.


I know its frustrating to get ill when your due to go to an appointment but please if you are ill reschedule your appointment. Please remember you are entering a salon so for the safety of myself and other clients you will politely be turned away, if you have any form of illness. Not only do germs spread, it affects the quality of your appointment if you are constantly coughing, sneezing or have any other symptoms of illness. 

​Choosing The Best Day & Time For Appointments
When you schedule your beauty appointments, please make sure that you schedule a day and time that will allow you to be free and not be in a rush or need to be out by a certain time. This is your "Me Time" and you deserve to have enough time to get pampered. Besides, it is very important to me that I provide the best services to each client but if I am rushed, that could possibly compromise my ability to do so.

Lash Appointments

As I cannot guarantee the work of other lash techs, please let me know if you have lashes on from another salon. Due to high standards of work I do not refill work from other salons, and you will be required to book in for a removal and a full set.

All eye makeup needs to be removed prior to your appointment.

If more than 60% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a full set of lashes and will be charged for a full set.

Please do not book if you have had a lash lift done within the last 6 weeks, and/or if you have had your eyeliner or brows tattooed within the last 3 weeks.
