COVID-19 Update

Australia post claims standard postage parcels in Australia will take up to 6 business days to arrive at their destination. Express post parcels will take up to 3 business days to arrive at their destination. If you want your parcel quickly, we advise you select Express Post.

 

A flat postage charge rate applies, no matter how large or small your order. The charge is $8.95 for standard parcel postage and $11.95 for Express Post. Tracking numbers are supplied for all orders. Currently we only post within Australia.

 

All orders will be posted next business day after payment is received. All orders are posted by Australia Post. Please take into consideration public holidays and weekends.

We do not take responsibility for postage time once the item has been dispatched. However, if you are experiencing a delay in postage please contact us and we will try to track your item\items where possible. We will not be responsible for lost, missing or damaged items during delivery.

 

Contactless pick-up is available. Select pick-up at checkout, I just ask that you wait to receive an email or message to arrange a pick-up time. When you do arrive to pick-up your order please stay in your car, send me a message and I will bring your order out to your car.

Return & Exchange Policy

All products are checked prior to packaging. We stand by the quality of goods that we sell, so if you receive your item\items in a condition other than described (due to product fault or poor packaging) then please get in touch with us via the contacts page and we will gladly replace it with another.


Returns must be within 7 days of original purchase date and items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Customer will incur the return postage costs, however, we will pay to post the exchange item back to you. We do not exchange due to “change of mind”.

However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

Payment Methods

PayPal, Afterpay & Zip Pay. You will be contacted within 24h, from placing your order, for your barcode. Your order will not be posted, or available for pick-up until payment is made.
