Are you a qualified therapist?

Yes, I am a qualified senior beauty therapist with over 10 years of experience. I have completed an array of short courses over the years to learn new skills, product lines and treatments, and I have also completed a certificate in Nail Technology, certificate in Classic Lash Extensions & a Diploma in Beauty Therapy specialising in spa treatments.

 

What is your booking policy?

Booking Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me and I understand that sometimes cancelling or rescheduling an appointment is necessary, but if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24hrs notice. When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

You will receive a confirmation text 24-48h prior to your appointment time. Please reply to your confirmation message, if your appointment is unconfirmed by end of business day the day prior to your appointment it will sadly be cancelled.

Appointments cancelled within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
No shows, appointments cancelled upon arrival, and appointments cancelled within less than an hour of the scheduled appointment time you will be charged for the full amount of services booked. 

Arriving Early for Appointments

Getting excited for your appointment is great but please keep in mind if you do arrive early, I may not be able to let you in if I am with another client. If you do arrive early and see another car in the driveway please be patient and keep warm/cool in your car until your appointment time, this will prevent disturbing a client’s treatment. If you are a first appointment, please be aware of salon opening hours.

Arriving Late for Appointments

I know things come up at the last minute and I am aware of that but it is very important that we begin each beauty appointment on time. If for any reason you are running late, please give me the courtesy of calling to let me know. I will do everything I can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment or may not have time to complete the whole service.

Sickness 

I know its frustrating to get ill when your due to go to an appointment but please if you are ill reschedule your appointment. Please remember you are entering a salon so for the safety of myself and other clients you will politely be turned away, if you have any form of illness. Not only do germs spread, it affects the quality of your appointment if you are constantly coughing, sneezing or have any other symptoms of illness. 

​Choosing The Best Day & Time For Appointments
When you schedule your beauty appointments, please make sure that you schedule a day and time that will allow you to be free and not be in a rush or need to be out by a certain time. This is your "Me Time" and you deserve to have enough time to get pampered. Besides, it is very important to me that I provide the best services to each client but if I am rushed, that could possibly compromise my ability to do so.

Lash Appointments

As I cannot guarantee the work of other lash techs, please let me know if you have lashes on from another salon. Due to high standards of work we are not able to refill work from other salons, and you will be required to book in for a removal and a full set.

All eye make needs to be removed prior to your appointment.

If more than 60% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes and will be charged for a full set.

Please do not book if you have had a lash lift done within the last 6 weeks, and/or if you have had your eyeliner or brows tattooed within the last 3 weeks.

What payment methods do you offer?

We except cash or Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Afterpay & Zip Pay. Afterpay & Zip Pay is only available in store.

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is a payment option that allows you to pay your treatments and/or products off over four installments, interest free.


HOW TO USE AFTERPAY
1. Tell your therapist that Afterpay is your preferred payment method.
2. Scan your Afterpay barcode from the app (if you don’t have an Afterpay account see below).
3. Pay over 4 equal installments.

 

Once your have completed your first full payment cycle with Afterpay, the initial payment for any future purchases you pay for using Afterpay will be debited 14 days after the transaction.

HOW TO GET AFTERPAY
All you need to do now is download the Afterpay App and sign up. Then use your barcode on the Afterpay app to pay at the salon counter.

Please remember that to sign up with Afterpay you need :

  • Be living in Australia

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and phone number

  • Use an Australian bank payment card

  • Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract

  • Have a verifiable and valid ID

 

Terms and Conditions with Afterpay
Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase over 4 equal installments due every 2 weeks.
You must be over 18 years old and be the authorised holder of an eligible debit/credit card to apply (see clause 2.4 for eligibility criteria).
All orders are subject to Afterpay’s approval – for example, if you have any overdue payments, Afterpay will not be available to you. For more information on assessment and checks, see clause 6.2
As part of our approval process, we may conduct a pre-authorisation on your nominated card, up to an amount of your first installment – see clause 6.2(f)
You can make repayments to Afterpay any time BEFORE the due date. Otherwise, Afterpay will automatically try process payments on the scheduled dates from your card. If a payment is not processed on or before the due date, late fees will apply – initial $10 late fee, and a further $7 if the payment remains unpaid 7 days after the due date.
For each order below $40, a maximum of one $10 late fee may be applied per order. For each order of $40 or above, the total of the late fees that may be applied are capped at 25% of the original order value or $68, whichever is less.

Is there a surcharge for public holidays?
Yes. There is a 10% surcharge on all public holidays.
